Unavailable options: reconcile, settings, running balnce

I no longer have an option to show the balance column after each transaction. My 'reconcile' option is greyed out on the register and in the drop down options. Settings and Paid buttons also greyed out. I have updated, restarted Quicken and restarted my computer. Anyone have a clue?

Thanks Jon...I actually had tried that, but this morning everything is working, so....maybe I thought I had clicked on the subheading but did not actually do it....? I don't know but it is working today so thanks for response!1
