refresh your "----" data and try again

new credit card was merged with old. Data will not sync to the cloud

    Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community. We apologize you are having this issue. To better assist you could you clarify, what you mean by "Data will not sync to the cloud"? Are you referring to downloading your transactions or syncing to the cloud to use your mobile device/Quicken on the web? 

    Please elaborate so that we may provide the proper guidance.
