ongoing reconcile issues

    The reconciliation program is NOT working properly. Things that have cleared are not showing in the cleared box and, instead show as a difference. This has been an ongoing problem for awhile and, frankly I'm tired of entering and adjustment, just to remove it and mark the item as reconciled. DO YOU HAVE A SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM. I've been using quicken for nearly 30 years and this has been a problem for the last few months.
