Transaction Download Issue [Edited]

I don't use automatic downloads of my credit card transactions but would like to collect all the transactions from "mycardstatement.com" and download them into my Quicken account. I'm not having any luck doing that. Is it possible?

On the website "mycardstatement.com", do you see anything regarding a QFX file or some sort of link to download a file?
It looks like that website also offers Express Web Connect through Quicken, so you could try going that route as well!
