Reports don't agree on account balance

I have historical data in Quicken for an old investment account that was closed in Oct. 2019. All securities in the account were removed and then added to another account. Now, when I generate a Portfolio Value report for the old account, it correctly shows a zero balance. But a Portfolio Value and Cost Basis report shows a $557 balance for one of the securities formerly held in the account. I discovered this when I generated a Net Worth report and it also showed the $557 positive balance in the closed account. What's wrong here, and how can I fix it?
