Trying to buy Quicken Home and Business, but nothing happens after I click submit order

I am new to Quicken, and am trying to set it up to use as my accounting software for my business. I am on a Windows computer, and am in Canada. I went to the Quicken Canada site and started to buy it, but when I clicked submit order nothing is happening. Please let me know how I can resolve this issue!
