CC-501 Capital One Credit Card - then downloads, but missing transactions

Cap One Credit Card was showing a CC-501 error. Message said - Try Again - so did -

Appeared to complete, but nothing was downloaded.
Even if it was ok - it is missing a weeks worth of transactions -

The CC-501 error in association with Capital One accounts seems to be a part of an emerging issue catalogued in this open alert thread:

This Capital One CC-501 connection issue has been going on for over a year. Each time I call in, they ultimately say...sorry...you'll have to wait 24-48 hours...maybe it will be resolved...and MONTHS later...there is no improvement. Quicken needs to get their act together with Capital One and stop brushing it's users off.
