CC-501 Capital One Credit Card - then downloads, but missing transactions

Cap One Credit Card was showing a CC-501 error.  Message said - Try Again - so did -

Appeared to complete, but nothing was downloaded.
Even if it was ok - it is missing a weeks worth of transactions -

and have seen this posting -

Thank you for drawing the attention of the Quicken Community to this error message. I am sorry for any difficulties resulting from this error.

The CC-501 error in association with Capital One accounts seems to be a part of an emerging issue catalogued in this open alert thread:

Please check the updates posted there for additional details and new developments. This is an ongoing problem, and we do not currently have an ETA for the resolution. Our teams are continuing to work on the issue.

This Capital One CC-501 connection issue has been going on for over a year. Each time I call in, they ultimately say...sorry...you'll have to wait 24-48 hours...maybe it will be resolved...and MONTHS later...there is no improvement. Quicken needs to get their act together with Capital One and stop brushing it's users off.
