Can I download from the cloud via the mobile app?

I travel a lot, and use my phone, then sync when I get home.
Now I have the received the infamous sync error message.
The data I have in the cloud is complete and correct.
The data on my PC is not.
How can I get the Cloud data to my PC?
I don't want to reset the Cloud, it is correct!
