Never received an activation code after buying online from Quicken?

This is my second time buying Quicken online. First was the Starter for my macbook pro, but even with help from customer service, my bank transactions would not download. So now I'm trying the Premier for Windows but never received an activation code after purchase. Now this one is useless. I was on customer service hold for 35 min. then the closed. Anyone know what to do now? I'm so frustrated with Quicken and I desperately need to get my taxes done for a trust.

When you buy directly from Quicken.com they activate the subscription immediately.
All you should have to do is log into the Quicken Id you used for the purchase when opening/creating the data file.
