Can't set up online accounts for First Tech Credit Union

When trying to add an account I get the message:

"Sorry. We encountered an error. (It's not your fault.)"
Quicken is having trouble connecting to.

    Guessing this is it -
    looks like it should support all 3 Add Account setup and download methods.
    At the bottom of the ADD ACCOUNT screen, click on Advanced Options - and try Direct Connect -
