Can't set up online accounts for First Tech Credit Union

When trying to add an account I get the message:
"Sorry. We encountered an error. (It's not your fault.)"
Quicken is having trouble connecting to.

looks like it should support all 3 Add Account setup and download methods.At the bottom of the ADD ACCOUNT screen, click on Advanced Options - and try Direct Connect -13024 13024 13024 First Tech Federal Credit Union https://www.firsttechfed.com/ 855.855.8805 https://banking.firsttechfed.com/Authentication ACTIVE
