Can I transfer all transactions from Simplifi, including attachments, over to newest quicken

I am wanting to start using quicken again, because it does so much more.  I do like Simplifi though

Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community with your question.

Unfortunately, Simplifi and Quicken data is not interchangeable and cannot be converted in either direction for either program. You can find more information about this in this Simplifi Help Article.

However, if you wish to request this ability to be added in the future, what you can do is visit Simplifi Community and create an Idea post. This way other users who have the same or a similar request can vote on your idea.
