Schwab: Doesnt download transactions after moving a position from one account to another

I moved shares of one stock from my IRA to Roth IRA, both accounts within Schwab. A month ago, it would show the name & ticker symbol of the stock with 0 shares and $0 amount. I made a transfer yesterday but as of today, downloads dont show this transaction. All other trade transactions showed up with no issues. YMMV.
