Having trouble updating my version of Quicken

I have tried to update and it starts but stops and gives me the following when I click on details.
The process cannot access the file C;\programdate\Quicken\inet\commonpatch\w954\base\rpmmigrationtool.exe
I haven't been able to update it for several months now. Any ideas??

That error typically means that your Anti Virus program is blocking the complete installation (update) of Quicken. The solution is to temporarily disable your Anti Virus program before starting the Q update process. Finish updating and then re-enable your AV. Please let us know if this helped.
