File Conversion and Backup (Windows)
Recently discovered bank errors and then corrected removing accounts and want to save both versions
cmacbroom
Using Windows on virtual machine and have multiple copies of my backups. Recently deleted some accounts to update my quicken account but still wanted access to old version to go over bank issues with Wells Fargo downloaded transactions missing. So i saved the file under a new name in a new folder. Now i can't get to the version with the updates. Assume I needed to backup the new version with the original name but not sure. If I try to open a version with the original name it is giving me options that are years old. Restoring from a recent backup does not provide the new revised accounts. I guess I needed to backup the file and will now need to make my changes again and then backup with the original name. I think I can then open the renamed file at it will show the version before the account changes.
