Cash Manager 2015 won't let me sign in, what do I do?

I had to re-install the os, now when re-installing this, I cannot sign on. You can see that the software is trying to open my data file, it flashes on the screen a few seconds, then goes to the "Sign in with your Intuit ID" screen. If I try to sign in, I just get a message "Oops something went wrong, please try again later." I am not interested in any newer software, this works fine and I use it offline only.....
