Volkswagen Financial Services Locked Account

VW Financial Services instituted a two factor authentication at the beginning of this year.
Now when Billpay/Quickpay attempts to download the latest bill, a security code is emailed to me for log in, although I didn't attempt the log-in.
Within a minute later Quicken sends me a message the Payment has failed due to VW Financial Services locking access to the account.
I have contacted VW Financial Services, who acknowledged the issue.
Is there a way that Quicken can be given access without the security code being requested each time?
I have two different car loans with VW both have this problem.

Hello @bac2public,
Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community. We apologize you are having this issue. To clarify, the security code (MFA) is implemented according to the biller's discretion. In addition, to that, if the account is locked that is also something we are unable to resolve. Pardon the inconvenience. If you have any additional questions or concerns please let us know.
