Resetting the online connection for each account helps for just that one time. At the next download, getting the OL-362-A errors again. Tried Validating and Repairing the file. The problem still exists.

    Hello @David Walsh

I am sorry to hear about the trouble this error message is causing. Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community in regards to this matter.

When did you first notice this problem beginning, and do you save backups regularly? To reiterate, you can always save a backup by going to File > Copy or Backup File in the upper menu at the top of the screen. If this is being done regularly, try to restore a backup from just prior to when the problem was first noticed by going into the same menu and selecting File > Restore a Backup File.

I look forward to your response, and I hope this helps.

    Thank you,

    Quicken Jared
