No transactions with TD bank

I am having the same exact problem last couple weeks with TD Bank. It goes through the motions, enter password says it connected and there are NO transactions! Have been using quicken for 30 years, the last 2 years its one problem after another. Any fix to this??0

Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community. We apologize you are having this persisting issue. To better assist you could you please let us know what connection method you are using? Also, what instance are you using?
To check the connection method select Tools >Account List >Edit account details >Online services.
Please elaborate further. Thank you!

Fixed it. Had to deactivate & reactivate my accounts again.1
