Bank Requiring Re-authorization

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
Received a message that my bank for our CC (Capital One) requires re-authorization of the account. I've completed the reauthorization process three times now, receiving a "successful" notification each time. Yet each time I do an update the same error occurs.
How can I get the account reauthorized for automatic downloads to Quicken?
