TXF Export Includes Nontaxable Accounts

When I import my TXF report into TurboTax, it included dividends and interest for nontaxable accounts like my IRA and 401(k). These should be excluded from the report as they are not taxable events. It doesn’t show up this way in the print tax report.
I don’t see any way of changing the default categories for Investments:Dividend Income and Investments:Interest Income to similar nontaxable categories. The only way to fix this is to manually change the type of transaction and the category. I shouldn’t have to do that.
