Yes, I have it added, but I do Web Connect .QFX file downloads for it and do not have it setup for Express Web Connect.
I would first download a .QFX file and import it to establish an account in Quicken, then "improve" to EWC if desired on the Online Services tab of the Edit Account Details (Account List on Tools menu).
