Sync to cloud--not

Quicken Windows 2017 Member ✭✭
In Quicken, under the "Mobile & Web" tab, I have this checked: "Remind me to sync to Quicken Cloud on exit." But Quicken doesn't remind me. Why? I can do the sync.

Hi @Swanson,
When you exit Quicken:
A ) - do you click on the "X" in the upper right corner?
Or
B ) - do you use the "File" menu and then click Exit?
If you use the B ) method, try the A) method.
Let me know if that fixes your issue.

I use method "B" I just tried "A" with the same results. I also just unchecked and rechecked the Remind me to sync to Quicken Cloud on exit mark with no change.0
