Can't Reconcile BBT-Truist credit Card Account

I am using Quicken Home and Business for Windows on a desktop. I can't reconcile the account because BBT/Truist shows an incorrect positive balance. Example Cleared Balance is $1000, Statement Ending Balance is -$1,000, Difference is $2,000.

I have tried Validating and Super Validating the file. Made no difference.

How do I fix this issue?

    This morning, rather than using Express Web Connect, I download transaction directly from the Truist online banking web site. Transactions downloaded correctly and reconciled correctly. I don't understand why but it appears the issue is resolved.
