Error Uploading Attachments

Randomly, an attachment will not automatically upload when adding to a transaction. Sometimes, I can force the upload and it will work. Other times I get the attached error message. Any suggestions? I have validated my file and have reset my cloud data. This started early-to-mid February (I do not recall the exact date, unfortunately).

Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community. We apologize you are having this issue. To obtain a better assist you more information is needed. For instance, when adding an attachment are you doing this specifically through your Quicken desktop register or on the Quicken Mobile app?

It was uploading from the desktop register where that message was received. I ended up having to turn off mobile sync as it started to duplicate split lines every time I'd sync, so I am no longer having this problem.1
