Chase Freedom credit card not downloading any transactions

Hi,
I have 2 accounts. The other one is working. However, the Chase Freedom credit card does not. I have reset the connection, de-activate online and re-activate it. Nothing works.
Please help

There is no error message. No transaction will be downloaded. But no error message0
