Quicken: Popup windows too large problem solved.
Two previous authors were discussing this and came to the following conclusion.

So the options are:
(1) Windows 10 -- Display Settings -- Scale 100%, or
(2) Quicken -- View -- Large Fonts OFF

I finally discovered that you have to be in the Quicken program and open the View dropdown list to turn the Large Fonts OFF. This fixed the problem I was having.
