Portfolio X-Ray shows blank screen

Under the Investment tab, all options work except for Portfolio X-Ray (Portfolio, Performance, Allocations & Dashboard work). Screen is white with a slightly gray outline and says Quicken Morningstar at the top, but no data. Has anyone had this issue and if so, how did you resolve it? Many thanks

    I am getting a "SAMILFAIL: Login Error: No Assertion Attributes Found" when I try to use Portfolio X-Ray. Not sure why this is happening unless there is an error or an incorrect SAMLToken being passed from Quicken to Morningstar. Can someone at Quicken check into this?
