Quality of Quicken Product - Any comment by Quicken Leadership?

I am deeply troubled by the issues that are best illustrated as arising from R39.17 (discussion chat at https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7909601/r39-17-r39-21-paycheck-corruption-edited/p3). This is a horrible quality release. There seems to be trends of poor quality releases coming from Quicken. I don't seem any appropriate response from Quicken management about this blunder-filled situation. It's especially interesting that 39.17 was released to only some users per another Quicken post that is closed and you can't comment on.

Any response from Quicken to their customers? [Removed - Solicitation]
