Quicken 39.23 Will not connect to Charles Schwab Brokerage Account

When I attempt to set up One Step Update for my Charles Schwab Brokerage accounts I am getting an error (CC-501) message. Back in December I had problems but those seemed to have been resolved by Quicken updates. Now, as of last week I got a message saying the Schwab accounts needed to be reauthorized. Tried to do that and it did not work. So, attempting to set up online services again. Does not work get the error message and it says not to contact Schwab. I am running Windows 11 if that makes any difference.
