Data file password and Forgot password link not working

I was surprised today to see that Quicken is suddenly asking me to enter a data file password. I have no idea what it may be.

If I click on "Forgot password?", NOTHING happens. I've tried this on multiple PCs.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    This generally means that your Quicken data file has been corrupted. I would suggest restoring a recent backup.
