How to get TSE:KEY (the oil company) price included in quicken download as well as KEY (the bank)

It shows "No new quotes downloaded" when I run it. I have tried different symbols for the stock exchange but so far I have been unlucky

    Are you running the US or Canada version of Quicken?

    The US version does not have TSE quotes and KEY is KeyCorp, a US bank.
