one account out of 5 won't import from northwestern mutual investments

I have 5 investment accounts with Northwestern Mutual. Two on my wife and 3 on me. I can see all of them using my user name/password on the NM APP/Website. However, when I try to import them to Quicken all but one will import. The one account (which happens to be on me) that doesn't show or import happens to be a Trust/brokerage account. The NM people say it's Quicken and the Quicken help people didn't get anywhere with this. Any thoughts out there?
