Very slow access to investment accounts
gaperri
I am using Quicken Premier R39.23 and access to the investment accounts is very lethargic. It just started recently. I archived transactions in each of the investment accounts but did not see any improvement in speed.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

What part of the access is slow?
One Step Update while it is downloading?
Accepting downloaded transactions?
Entering transactions manually?
Are some accounts faster than others?
gaperri
All aspects. Accessing the accounts. Enter transaction both manually and through one step update. All accounts irrespective of age and number of transaction display the same lethargic access.

Is it just the investing accounts that are slower, or are banking and credit card accounts also affected?
Please restart your PC. Does that help make things run faster?
Is everything else on your PC normal - streaming video, reading emails, etc.?
gaperri
The restart does not make a difference. All other functions seem normal on the computer.
