Quicken Web Connect with Ontario Credit Unions

Is anyone else using Quicken with an Ontario Credit Union? When adding a new account for an Ontario Credit Union the link found in the financial institution search takes you to Central1 but does not work correctly. My CU which is a member of Central1 reached out to Central1 who said it is up to Quicken to resolve this connection issue.

    Try this instead.  Go to the Ontario Credit Union and find where they download the Web Connect/QFX file.  Download that and open it.  That should get Quicken to prompt to add the account.

    Hi Chris. Yes. That is the only way it works. Trying to add an account through Quicken by searching financial institutions does not work. Thanks
