Where are the resolutions?

The mod is marking posts as resolved, but how do you find the resolution?

    For the "ALERTS, ONLINE BANKING & KNOWN PRODUCT ISSUES" - which are matters that the Quicken techs need to work on and resolve, there are no steps or actions that users will need to take.  As a result, those posts will first disclose the general nature of the problem(s) and that it is being worked on, then - when the problem(s) are resolved - they will report that the problem has been fixed.  If there were things, or steps, that users would need to do - those would be reported.
