Renewal using code from a retail box??

Question

I purchased a copy of quicken deluxe and have a code which quicken.com tells me I can use to extend my subscription.....but I can't find any place to enter that code.  The only option I'm offered is to charge the renewal to my credit card.  How do I enter the code?
