Fidelity account transferred zero balance

I am new to Quicken.... I was able to connect to my Fidelity account, but the balance does not appear in Quicken. I tried reconnecting, but that did not help. Any ideas? I called both Quicken and Fidelity today, but no luck.

First, what kind of account? IRA, HSA, CMA, brokerage, credit card, Net Benefits?
Second, if it's any kind of investment account, did the investment portfolio download correctly? Because a zero balance might just mean that it didn't get prices for any of your investments, so it thinks everything is worth $0.Quicken Mac subscription. Quicken user since 1990.

It is a 401K from my former employer. Yes, NetBenefits.
No, the portfolio did not download either.0
