USAA Will Not Update

Sorry one more quick (no pun intended) update. After several more attempts, over a period of no more than 30 min, and adjusting the "download transactions starting (at)" feature in Account Settings-> Downloads, I was successful in getting both CCs to update. Called USAA and determined that the original Ticket was "resolved" and there was no explanation for what I observed this morning. We'll see how next week goes.-1
