Transactions not downloading

I have my checking account from US Bank tied to Quicken for Mac. My register is missing all of my transactions from January 2022. They do not appear in any other account.

    Do you have a date filter set at the top of the register?

    Is it possible they were accidentally deleted? Quicken will not download them again once they've been deleted. If so, can you download them as a QFX file from the bank's website?
