Register and Security Detail Don't Agree

Investment register shows correct number of shares and agrees with Fidelity, but Security Detail View in Quicken shows a totally different number of shares held.

    Could you have shares in a different account, perhaps a hidden account?  The Security Detail shows info for all accounts. The transaction list there will also be for all accounts.

    Performed a validate and repair - that fixed it.
