Crashing at Backup

I've learned the hard way not to rely on the backups Quicken performs periodically and therefore perform a manual backup at the end of each session. I'm noticing that there are frequent crashes when I attempt to make the backup - basically when I go to File | Backup the application just crashes. Anyone else encountering this?
