Q was notorious, for several years, for not updating the MILERATE.TXT file ... but I believe that they've done so recently. The correct rates for 2021 and 2022 show in my file, but it's possible that I updated the 2021 numbers myself. Since it was over a year ago, I simply don't remember.
In any event, you can manually update the file.

Are you saying that a transaction posted in the
Mileage Tracker
does not show in the list?
Please check your customization options: Did you, for example, specify a date range for last year? If so, change it to this year or remove the End Date altogether.
