USAA continues to not update transactions

:/ USAA has not been able to update transactions since late February. The issue was marked resolved, but I reloaded everything yesterday to no avail.

    I am sorry to hear about this problem with transaction updates. Thank you for bringing this matter to the Quicken Community for further discussion.

    Are you noticing certain error codes when experiencing this update failure, such as CC-800 or CC-502? Also, what connection method are you using to try to link or add your accounts in Quicken? You can check this anytime by going to Tools > Account List and then clicking on the Edit button next to the affected account (s). After this, navigate to the Online Services tab. You should be able to see the connection method here, if your account is activate for online banking services.
