Why are credit card charges downloading as payments?

Without warning, the charges for one of my Visa cards are now posting in the as payments column

I am sorry to hear about this problem with charges being downloaded as payments. Thank you for drawing our attention to this issue.
It would help us investigate this error if you were to submit information logs by going to
Help > Report a problem...
in the upper menu at the top of the screen. You will then be able to provide screenshots and a brief description of the issue. We will not be able to provide updates or responses regarding this investigation, but it will assist greatly in working toward a resolution.

Downloaded today and all the transactions entered correctly, required deleting all the incorrect entries. ???

It's unlikely that Q had time to do anything about your issue. It's likely that SEFCU had a problem, and corrected it on their end.
Out of curiosity, how many transactions did you have to delete?
