New to Quicken/Getting Started (Windows)
Quicken keeps syncing when turned off

I'm not really new to quicken, but I can't figure this one out. On Win 10 Home version, I have Quicken Deluxe, R39.23, Build 27.1.39.23, but the problem has been around for several versions. Under Preferences, Mobile & Web, I have Sync turned off, but every now and then I get the message Syncing Quicken and Cloud Data. How do I stop this? Thanks...Steve

We can not stop it. Regardless of whether we have ever enabled
Sync
or selected any accounts to be synchronized with the
Quicken Cloud
, Quicken does synchronize some of our data to a
cloud account
associated with the Quicken file.

Thanks, Sherlock. I was hoping it was something like that. As long as my data isn't syncing, I'm happy enough and can put up with the occasional Sync messages.
