i refreshed my quicken, but it won't load anything past 2018

i refreshed my accounts, but it wont load anything past 2018. How do i get it current?

    Please do HELP, About Quicken and tell use what BUILD of Q you're running. "I refreshed my accounts" doesn't tell us much about what you did.
