One step update not working

One step update is not working. It looks like it is connecting to my bank but does not download any transactions to my quicken register for my checking account. I have no new transactions listed since 2/1
Suggestions? I have rebooted my computer and have closed and reopened quicken.

    What type of connection do you have with Wells Fargo - go to "Tools" > "Account List" > then page down to find "Wells Fargo" and let me know what you see in the "Transaction Download" column.
