What's wrong with Quicken file servers?

I have been trying to add/update my accounts on Quicken for several days now, and all I get is an error message telling I can't connect to the Quicken file servers. Don't contact my financial institution and to try again in a few hours. It's been 48 hours and I still have not had any luck. What is wrong with the Quicken file servers?

    If you haven't already, I suggest you reset the Quicken ID associated with the Quicken file.  
    1. Select Edit > Preferences...
    2. Select Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts
    3. Select Sign in as a different user
    4. Enter yes 
    5. Select Sign Out
    6. Sign in with the your Quicken ID

    I'm sorry. I don't know where my manners went. I totally flaked out and did not properly thank you. The advice you gave worked perfectly. Thank you again, and please excuse my gross omission yesterday.
