Another Schwab problem

Schwab downloading purchases of GNMA bonds incorrectly - not the data on my Schwab account. I tried to fix by removing shares. It worked in one case but not in the other, The shares cannot be removed!

Also, still do not have Schwab Value Advantage security included in my accounts. What has it been now - 4 or 5 months!
