Comerica Bank. Unable to open Quicken files for MAC!!! Error CC285

Downloaded 2022 transactions successfully last week. Same action today results in error message. After a 2 hour conversation with supervisor no satisfactory answer. Tried to download on my PC with Windows 7 and could not access account. No support for Windows 7. No support for new Mac.
